DSLR Camera Lens

DSLR Camera lens based on a real Tamron for Nikon 18-200mm model.

I modeled and rigged the lens in Autodesk Maya. The textures were made in Substance Painter using UDIMs for the body and a separate material for the glass. Custom alpha brushes were created in Photoshop for the labels in the lens.

In Unreal Engine 5 I incorporated the textures in two materials, creating a special material for the glass that has an iridescence effect. Also in Unreal, I used the Control Rig system and a Level Sequence for the animations. All images in the video were rendered using Movie Render Queue to output high-quality 4K images.
